1.Before any meal, drink water. If it is a small snack, take 1 glass, and if you expect an abundant dinner – 2-3 glasses.
2.Two hours after eating, take the same amount of water as before eating.
3.Following the water-based diet, you can consume all your favorite dishes and even a little alcohol, provided that you compensate every 100 g of any alcoholic beverage with 200 g of water.
4.The water you drink should be clean, without gas. You can add a slice of lemon or a few drops of juice.
5.The daily amount of water consumed (apart from juices, tea, coffee and broth) should be no less than 2 liters. And it should not exceed! 5-6 liters of water daily can lead to serious disturbances of urinary system functioning.
6.It is not advisable to drink water (juices, soda etc.) during the meal.
7.To speed up the process of weight loss, replace a daily meal with water.
