This Homemade Recipe Will Heal Painful Joints After The First Use

While we are growing old we face some side effects from the aging. Joint, knee, shoulders and elbows pain are only just a few of them. Young people can also face this pain as a result of rheumatism, arthritis, fractures, trauma or overload. There are many pills and creams that can be used against the pain, but it always comes back.


Fortunately, the Russian folk medicine offers a natural recipe which will help you remove the pain after its first use. What is even better, all ingredients of the recipe are probably already in your kitchen.

The recipe is really effective and helps after the first application.
Domestic fat against painful joints – recipe
-1 Tablespoon of honey
-1 Tablespoon of mustard (spicy)
-1 Tablespoon of fine salt
-1 Tablespoon of water
Thoroughly mix until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Place in an empty box of hand cream or in any other packaging.

Spray the grease on the painful place, put a plastic bag and tie a warm scarf, made out of wool if possible. Hold for 1.5-2 hours.
