This simple habit is very normal. And the lost of health benefits of drinking a glass of water every morning, immediately after you wake up is long. Even the medical experts have found, through their studies, that if you drink a glass of water every morning, after you wake up, it can improve your health in so many levels.
They’ve also found that this water therapy or so-called Japanese water therapy is highly effective and extremely useful in preventing many different diseases and health conditions, such as: reduces pain, arthritis, colitis, migraine, chest pain, high blood pressure, asthma, and it also helps to eliminate the high blood cholesterol (LDL).
Here’s what you need to do:
- You need to drink 650 ml of water after you wake up. Well, that’s about 4 glasses of water. You should avoid drinking tap water, unless you can purify it in all natural way (if you use some herbs). It’s highly recommended for you to drink distilled water. Or add some minerals in it, such as add 1 tsp. of baking soda. Don’t exceed this amount, because it can harm you if you increase the dosage.
